Rise and Root Collective was founded by Adrian Blackhurst. He is extremely passionate about spirituality, human potential, health & wellness. On his quest to see how we humans can live up to our Highest Good…he spent 9 months in India studying at various yoga schools & meditation ashrams, followed by a 500 hour Yoga Teachers Training & 6 month immersion studying Hatha Yoga in Thailand. He is a certified Massage Therapist (Maui School of Therapeutic Massage 500hr one year program) & Yoga-Meditation-Pranayama teacher, Sound Healer musician on a mission to help people guide them towards deeper peace & prosperity! He believes we all have innate wisdom in our bodies, and that our Souls are on an eternal journey, and that ultimately…we can not only lighten up, but “Enlighten Up”!  He recently completed the NLP Masters program, a 14 month course on Neuro Linguistic Programming that teaches one to fine tune the thoughts, beliefs & language we use to create our ultimate desired state & life!  It is a very powerful alternative psychology that effectively & quickly helps people remove limiting subconscious blocks & imprints, often deeply buried in the psyche from childhood & ancestral trauma.
